01 — Drafting
Revit, Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Excel — mostly MEP coordination on zoos, aquariums, data centers, and semiconductor manufacturing facilities. Clash detection, model alignment, Topcon APL, family syntax that actually works.
Recent jobs: Houston Zoo Sea Lion addition, Seattle Aquarium Ocean Pavilion, Fort Worth Zoo African Safari, Atlantic Sapphire phase 2.
02 — Trimming / clearing
Predominantly rural properties: fences that need clearing, dead trees that pose a hazard to cattle or block a driveway, limbs over a roof that insurance — or your gut — wants gone.
With care and experience I can take most of it. If it needs a crane next to a house or barn, I’ll say so and point you to people who have one.
03 — Handyman everything
Sick of projects sitting there. Selling and need it right. Started it yourself and it looks like it. I’m an old veteran who likes building with his hands. If I’m not drafting or in a tree, I’m finishing someone’s half-done DIY.
There are a few things I can’t / don’t do. Almost everything else I can.

If I take the job, I show up. You get the person who quoted it — not a rotating crew and a voicemail.
Drafting happens wherever the model is. Field work is Texas, mostly rural and residential, plus the shop jobs that need a welder and a vice.
I don’t take every call. If it’s outside what I can do well, I’ll tell you and send you to someone who can.
